Using Rmark AI

What the tools do

Rmark AI offers image background removal, video watermark removal, video subtitle removal and video background removal. Availability depends on processing capacity and the supported file specifications. Automated processing may alter details or produce incomplete edges and repairs. Review the full result before publishing or relying on it, and retain your original file.

Subtitle removal does not translate or add captions. Background removal does not guarantee that every object, fine hair or fast-moving edge will be preserved. The website's illustrative examples are not guarantees for your files.

Your media and permissions

You retain your rights in the media you upload. You authorize Rmark and the processing providers used for your selected tool to handle it as necessary to process and deliver your result, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upload only material you own or have permission to modify. Do not use watermark or subtitle removal to misrepresent ownership, evade licensing, infringe copyright or deceive viewers. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for people or protected material in your uploads. Processing a file does not grant you rights you did not already have.

Accounts and free usage

Protect your account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. Processing may require sign-in and email verification. Free access is limited by account allowance, file specifications and available capacity. It is not an unlimited service. We may adjust limits or temporarily suspend processing to manage capacity and abuse.

A confirmed failed task can release its allowance. An unresolved provider outcome may retain the allowance while its status is uncertain, to prevent duplicate processing. Do not automate account creation or bypass quota and access controls.

One-time credit packs cover video watermark, subtitle and background removal when purchasing is available. One credit costs USD 0.01. Review current rates on the pricing page. Video background removal is charged by frame count, with the total rounded up to a whole credit. Select credits and confirm the displayed cost before processing. Confirmed failed tasks refund reserved credits; uncertain outcomes remain reserved until resolved. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Image background removal is free for a limited time; free allowances remain subject to daily limits and capacity.

Results and availability

Download results promptly: Rmark uses temporary media storage and is not an archive. The Privacy Policy explains file access and retention. Processing or download interruptions can occur. Contact support with the task details if a result is unavailable.

Restrictions and access

Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or another person's rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents or a violation of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken or wish to request account closure.

Responsibility and changes

The tools are provided subject to their technical limitations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms or the service and will provide notice where required. The date above identifies the latest version.
