About this policy

This policy explains data handling for Rmark AI at rmark.ai. Contact hello@rmark.ai with privacy questions or requests.

Data used to provide the service

We process your account name, email address and authentication records to manage access. When you submit a task, we process your image or video, selected settings, task status and result. Task records include account identifiers, timestamps, provider references and quota usage. Requests may also generate technical logs, including IP addresses, browser information and errors, to operate and protect the service.

Selecting a file shows a preview on your device. Clicking the processing button uploads it for processing. Please avoid uploading unnecessary personal or confidential information.

Processing and infrastructure providers

Image background removal sends the image to Leonardo. Video watermark and subtitle removal sends the video to Vmake. Video background removal sends the video to fal and its Pixelcut model service. These providers receive the media needed for your chosen operation. Their processing and retention practices are governed by their own applicable policies and service terms.

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, temporary object storage and domain email infrastructure. Video processing services receive a temporary signed link to retrieve the source. Anyone who obtains that link may retrieve the file until the link expires; do not share it.

We do not publish your uploads in a public gallery. Result downloads through Rmark require access to the account that created the task. We do not use uploaded media to train our own models. This statement does not make a claim about a processing provider's independent practices.

Storage and retention

Video source links expire after one hour. Stored media has a one-day expiration policy, and Rmark result downloads stop being available 24 hours after storage. Physical deletion is performed asynchronously by storage lifecycle rules and may occur later. See Cloudflare's lifecycle behavior.

This media expiration does not automatically delete account details, task metadata, support messages or operational records. We retain those records for account administration, quota enforcement, troubleshooting and handling disputes or applicable obligations. Contact us to request access or deletion; we may need to verify account ownership and explain any records that must be retained. Rmark is not a permanent backup service: download the results you need.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication and language preferences use browser cookies or similar storage. When enabled, DataFast provides website usage analytics to help us understand visits and navigation. We do not deliberately include your uploaded media in analytics events. Third-party sign-in, when available, also involves the chosen identity provider.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the service providers needed to operate your requested features, and where necessary to comply with applicable obligations or protect the service. Providers may process data outside your country.

We use HTTPS, account-based access checks and server-side handling of provider credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected exposure or unauthorized access to our contact email.

Requests and changes

Email hello@rmark.ai to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. The rights available to you depend on applicable law. We update the date on this page when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required.
